Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business priorities and customer needs.

Translate insights into clear product requirements, specs, and user stories to guide engineering teams.

Drive end-to-end feature development from ideation to launch to iteration, ensuring on-time delivery and quality execution.

Prioritize the product backlog using data, customer insights, and business impact as key decision drivers.

Collaborate with UX/UI design to build intuitive, elegant user experiences that reduce friction and boost adoption.

Define KPIs and success metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Partner with Engineering on architecture discussions, technical feasibility, and release planning.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure smooth go-to-market execution and product positioning.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

7–10+ years of experience in Product Management within SaaS, enterprise software, AI-driven platforms, or cloud technology environments.

Proven success leading cross-functional teams and launching high-impact features in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.

Strong understanding of software development processes, agile methodologies, and technical trade-offs.

Experience working closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer-facing value.

Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, evaluating performance, and making data-driven decisions.

Total Compensation: $220,000 – $285,000 USD
