The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will serve as a key architect of the organization’s future, responsible for defining and driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, growth priorities, and transformation programs. This role will work closely with the CEO and Board to shape long-term direction while ensuring execution alignment across all business units.
This is a highly influential executive role requiring a leader with exceptional expertise in corporate strategy, M&A, market analysis, and global expansion, combined with the ability to translate vision into actionable initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and lead the organization’s global corporate strategy and long-term growth roadmap.
- Drive strategic initiatives, including market expansion, product diversification, and platform evolution.
- Lead M&A strategy, including target identification, due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration.
- Conduct deep market analysis to assess industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.
- Partner with executive leadership to align strategic priorities with operational execution.
- Oversee corporate development, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem expansion initiatives.
- Develop frameworks for portfolio optimization and capital allocation.
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO, executive leadership, and Board of Directors.
- Monitor performance of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record in developing and executing global business strategies.
- Extensive experience in M&A, corporate development, and strategic partnerships.
- Strong understanding of technology, SaaS, AI platforms, or digital ecosystems.
- Experience working with executive leadership teams and Board-level stakeholders.
- Background in top-tier consulting firms or large enterprise strategy roles preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $417,000 – $529,000 base + performance bonus + long-term equity incentives
