The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will lead the organization’s quality engineering function, responsible for defining quality strategy, scaling automation frameworks, and ensuring the reliability of all products and platforms. This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels, driving quality excellence across global teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide quality assurance and testing strategy.
• Lead and scale a global team of QA engineers, automation specialists, and test architects.
• Establish and enforce quality standards, testing frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive adoption of automation-first testing and CI/CD-integrated quality processes.
• Oversee all phases of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement shift-left testing methodologies.
• Monitor and improve key quality metrics, including defect density, test coverage, and release stability.
• Implement advanced testing strategies such as AI-driven test automation and predictive analytics.
• Ensure product releases meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Manage risk assessment and ensure high-quality releases in fast-paced development cycles.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality engineering, or software testing leadership.
• Strong experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or large-scale software environments.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of performance testing, security testing, and scalability validation.
• Experience managing distributed teams across global regions.

• Compensation Package: $327,000 – $419,000 base + performance bonus + equity incentives
