The Vice President of Operations will play a critical executive leadership role, responsible for overseeing global operations strategy, execution, and performance. This role will drive enterprise-wide initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, operational transformation, and sustainable growth.

This is a senior leadership position requiring deep expertise in enterprise operations management, global service delivery, process optimization, and large-scale organizational transformation within complex environments.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead global operations strategy, execution, and performance management across all business units.
  • Oversee end-to-end operational functions, including service delivery, customer operations, and internal processes.
  • Drive enterprise-wide initiatives focused on efficiency, cost optimization, and scalability.
  • Implement advanced performance management systems and KPI frameworks.
  • Lead digital transformation efforts, including automation, AI integration, and process digitization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with business growth and strategic objectives.
  • Manage large-scale operational budgets, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives across global operations environments.
  • Ensure operational resilience through risk management, compliance, and governance frameworks.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across multiple regions and operational units.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15–20+ years of experience in operations leadership or executive management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, global operational organizations.
  • Strong expertise in process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Experience in technology-driven, SaaS, or enterprise service environments.
  • Deep understanding of automation, AI-driven operations, and digital transformation.
  • Experience leading multi-regional teams and complex operational ecosystems.

  • Enable data-driven decision-making through advanced operational analytics and reporting systems.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $370,000 – $497,000 base + performance bonus + equity incentives
