The Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) will lead this global transformation, overseeing all aspects of supply chain strategy, operations, and optimization. This executive role is responsible for building a resilient, efficient, and scalable global supply chain network that supports enterprise growth and operational excellence.
This is a highly strategic, board-facing leadership position requiring deep expertise in global supply chain management, procurement strategy, logistics optimization, and digital transformation of operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with enterprise business goals.
- Oversee procurement, sourcing, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and global distribution networks.
- Lead transformation of supply chain operations through digitalization, automation, and AI-driven forecasting.
- Optimize inventory management and demand planning to ensure cost efficiency and service excellence.
- Develop resilient supply chain models to mitigate global risks, disruptions, and volatility.
- Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, logistics providers, and third-party vendors.
- Implement advanced analytics for real-time supply chain visibility and decision-making.
- Drive sustainability initiatives across supply chain operations, including green logistics and ethical sourcing.
- Lead large-scale supply chain transformation programs and operational restructuring initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with global trade regulations, tariffs, and supply chain governance standards.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in global supply chain, operations, or procurement leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-region supply chain networks.
- Strong knowledge of logistics systems, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle), and supply chain technologies.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, retail, or global enterprise environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory optimization, and procurement strategy.
- Experience working with executive leadership and Board-level stakeholders.

Working Conditions

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Package: $399,000 – $530,000 base + performance bonus + long-term equity incentives
