The Senior Integration Manager will serve as a key technical and strategic leader responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide system integration initiatives, API architecture design, cloud integration frameworks, middleware solutions, and large-scale data connectivity programs across global platforms.

This role requires a highly experienced integration leader with deep expertise in enterprise systems integration, API management, cloud platforms, data engineering, middleware technologies, and large-scale digital architecture implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise Integration Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute enterprise integration strategies aligned with digital transformation and global technology modernization objectives.
• Lead large-scale system integration programs across cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and distributed digital ecosystems.
• Establish standardized integration frameworks ensuring scalability, reliability, and interoperability across global systems.
• Develop architectural guidelines for API management, middleware design, and data synchronization strategies.

API & Middleware Architecture Management

• Oversee design and implementation of enterprise API ecosystems, including REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
• Manage middleware platforms, integration hubs, and enterprise service bus (ESB) environments.
• Ensure seamless connectivity between ERP, CRM, SaaS platforms, data warehouses, and third-party systems.
• Optimize API performance, scalability, security, and governance across enterprise environments.

Cloud & Data Integration

• Lead cloud-based integration initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Design and implement hybrid integration solutions connecting on-premise and cloud systems.
• Oversee data integration pipelines, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and real-time synchronization.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to support enterprise analytics and AI-driven initiatives.

Project Delivery & Execution Management

• Manage end-to-end integration project lifecycle, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, infrastructure engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of integration solutions within defined scope, budget, and performance standards.
• Implement Agile and DevOps methodologies for continuous integration and deployment processes.

System Governance & Risk Management

• Establish integration governance frameworks ensuring compliance, security, and operational stability.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to system failures, data inconsistencies, and integration bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards and data protection regulations.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all integration processes and systems.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead and mentor integration engineers, solution architects, and technical delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.
• Provide executive leadership with integration strategy updates, technical insights, and delivery performance reports.
• Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives through scalable integration solutions.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical field required.
• 8–15+ years of experience in systems integration, enterprise architecture, API management, or large-scale IT delivery environments.
• Strong experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Kafka, Azure Integration Services, or similar technologies.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), API design, middleware systems, and data integration frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise integration projects across global environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cloud computing, or digital transformation environments preferred.
