The Strategic Partnerships Lead will serve as a key commercial and strategic leader responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating, and managing high-value enterprise partnerships that support revenue growth, market expansion, product innovation, and long-term organizational scalability.

This role requires a highly relationship-driven and commercially strategic professional with expertise in enterprise partnerships, alliance management, ecosystem development, business strategy, global negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop high-impact strategic partnerships aligned with enterprise growth objectives and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build long-term alliance strategies with technology providers, enterprise software organizations, cloud infrastructure partners, and innovation ecosystems.
  • Lead partnership negotiations, commercial agreements, and executive-level collaboration initiatives globally.
  • Establish scalable partnership frameworks supporting sustainable business growth and ecosystem expansion.

Business Growth & Revenue Collaboration

  • Develop partnership-driven revenue opportunities across enterprise accounts, channel ecosystems, and global commercial networks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to align partnership initiatives with organizational growth strategies.
  • Drive co-selling, co-marketing, and integrated go-to-market programs with strategic enterprise partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnership models that support international business scalability.

Alliance Management & Executive Engagement

  • Manage executive-level relationships with key strategic partners, enterprise stakeholders, and global technology alliances.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic business collaboration initiatives.
  • Conduct regular partnership reviews, performance evaluations, and strategic alignment meetings.
  • Strengthen long-term enterprise relationships through proactive engagement and collaborative growth planning.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Product, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to support partnership execution and operational alignment.
  • Coordinate contract development, compliance processes, onboarding initiatives, and partnership integration activities.
  • Ensure seamless execution of partnership programs across internal business units and external organizations.
  • Support enterprise transformation initiatives through strategic ecosystem collaboration.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor alliances, and emerging partnership opportunities across global markets.
  • Conduct market research and partnership performance analysis to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Provide executive leadership with insights on partnership ecosystems, commercial trends, and alliance performance metrics.
  • Contribute to long-term organizational positioning and strategic expansion planning.

Operational & Performance Management

  • Establish KPIs, reporting structures, and performance frameworks for strategic partnership initiatives.
  • Track partnership pipeline activity, revenue impact, customer engagement metrics, and operational outcomes.
  • Optimize alliance processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and long-term partnership value creation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, governance standards, and executive reporting structures for partnership programs.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, International Business, Finance, or related discipline required.
  • MBA or advanced business education preferred.
  • 7–12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, alliance management, enterprise sales, or commercial strategy roles.
  • Proven success managing enterprise-level partnerships within AI technology, enterprise SaaS, FinTech, cloud infrastructure, or digital transformation industries.
  • Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Deep understanding of partnership ecosystems, channel development strategies, and collaborative revenue models.
  • Experience working in fast-paced global enterprise environments preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $170,000 – $314,000
