As part of our global expansion strategy, we are significantly strengthening our Enterprise Security & Cyber Defense Division to enhance global threat monitoring capabilities, strengthen security governance, expand incident response operations, and advance next-generation cyber resilience frameworks.
The Head of Security will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing global cybersecurity strategy, enterprise risk mitigation frameworks, security operations, incident response systems, and organizational cyber resilience programs across all business units.
This role requires a highly experienced cybersecurity executive with deep expertise in enterprise security architecture, threat intelligence, SOC operations, cloud security, regulatory compliance, and global risk governance leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Global Cybersecurity Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and global business objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced security frameworks, including Zero Trust Architecture, identity security, endpoint protection, and network defense systems.
- Establish global security governance models ensuring consistent protection across all digital assets, infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
- Drive long-term cyber resilience strategies supporting enterprise transformation and digital expansion initiatives.
Security Operations & Threat Management
- Oversee global Security Operations Centers (SOC), incident response teams, and threat intelligence operations.
- Lead detection, analysis, containment, and mitigation of cyber threats, including ransomware, phishing, insider threats, and advanced persistent attacks.
- Implement AI-driven threat detection systems and real-time security monitoring platforms.
- Ensure rapid incident response and recovery processes, minimizing operational disruption and data exposure risks.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Establish enterprise-wide cybersecurity risk management frameworks aligned with international regulatory standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
- Conduct continuous risk assessments across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and third-party systems.
- Ensure compliance with global data protection laws and cybersecurity governance requirements.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Audit teams to maintain enterprise security integrity.
Cloud & Infrastructure Security
- Lead cloud security strategy across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.
- Implement secure architecture principles across hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures.
- Oversee encryption standards, access control frameworks, and identity management systems.
- Ensure secure deployment of enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
Incident Response & Crisis Management
- Direct enterprise-wide cyber incident response planning and execution.
- Lead crisis management teams during security breaches or large-scale cyber events.
- Coordinate forensic investigations and post-incident analysis for continuous improvement.
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness across global operations.
Leadership & Security Culture Development
- Lead and mentor global cybersecurity teams, including SOC analysts, engineers, architects, and risk specialists.
- Build a strong security-first culture across all organizational levels.
- Conduct executive training and awareness programs on cybersecurity risks and best practices.
- Foster collaboration between security, engineering, operations, and executive leadership teams.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline required.
- Master’s degree or executive security leadership certification strongly preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity, information security leadership, SOC operations, or global IT risk management.
- Proven experience leading cybersecurity operations within enterprise SaaS, AI technology, cloud infrastructure, financial services, healthcare, or critical infrastructure industries.
- Strong expertise in security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, SOC 2, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Extensive experience in cloud security, identity management, encryption technologies, and enterprise threat intelligence systems.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
