The Senior Business Consultant will work directly with executive stakeholders, operational leaders, and cross-functional business units to analyze organizational challenges, identify scalable opportunities, optimize business processes, and execute high-impact strategic initiatives. This role requires a commercially minded consultant with expertise in enterprise strategy, business operations, transformation management, stakeholder engagement, and performance optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enterprise Strategy & Advisory
- Partner with executive leadership teams to evaluate business performance, operational structures, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Lead enterprise consulting engagements focused on transformation, scalability, and operational modernization.
- Develop strategic recommendations aligned with organizational objectives and market conditions.
- Conduct market research, business assessments, and competitive analysis supporting executive decision-making.
Operational Transformation & Process Optimization
- Analyze enterprise workflows and operational frameworks to identify efficiency improvements and cost optimization opportunities.
- Design scalable operational models improving productivity, customer experience, and organizational performance.
- Support the implementation of transformation initiatives involving digital modernization and process automation.
- Drive operational excellence programs focused on measurable business outcomes and long-term sustainability.
Client Engagement & Executive Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, operational leaders, and enterprise stakeholders.
- Facilitate strategic workshops, executive meetings, and advisory presentations.
- Serve as a lead consultant for enterprise transformation initiatives and business strategy engagements.
- Deliver high-level recommendations and implementation roadmaps to executive leadership teams.
Business Analytics & Performance Intelligence
- Utilize advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to evaluate enterprise performance metrics.
- Develop KPI dashboards, operational scorecards, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Identify data-driven opportunities supporting profitability, efficiency, and growth acceleration.
- Translate complex business insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
Digital Transformation & Innovation
- Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives involving AI, automation, enterprise systems, and analytics modernization.
- Collaborate with technology and operational teams to optimize digital workflows and business systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies impacting operational performance and competitive positioning.
- Assist organizations in adapting to evolving digital business environments.
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead cross-functional consulting teams across multiple enterprise engagements.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and client communication processes.
- Ensure consulting initiatives are delivered on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal advisory teams and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Business Development & Growth Support
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and strategic business development initiatives.

- Participate in executive networking events and industry engagements supporting organizational growth.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field required.
- MBA, consulting certifications, or advanced business education strongly preferred.
- 8–15+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise advisory, business strategy, or operational transformation roles.
- Proven success leading enterprise consulting engagements and operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, business analytics, transformation management, and organizational optimization.
- Experience within consulting firms, enterprise technology, healthcare, financial services, or multinational organizations preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools, financial modeling, and enterprise analytics platforms.
