The Chief Operations & Strategy Officer (COSO) will play a central leadership role in aligning the company’s strategic direction with operational performance. This executive will oversee enterprise operations while shaping long-term corporate strategy to ensure sustainable growth, organizational efficiency, and global competitiveness.

This position represents a critical bridge between strategic planning and operational execution, ensuring that the organization’s ambitious growth plans translate into disciplined, scalable performance across all business functions.


Job Function

The Chief Operations & Strategy Officer will lead enterprise operations while guiding corporate strategy development across the organization’s global business units.

This executive will ensure that operational infrastructure, strategic planning, and organizational performance remain aligned with long-term growth objectives and market opportunities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise operations strategy, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and operational execution.

  • Develop and implement long-term strategic plans supporting global business expansion and technology innovation.

  • Oversee cross-functional operational coordination across product development, engineering, supply chain, client delivery, and corporate services.

  • Build scalable operational frameworks that support global growth and enterprise platform expansion.

  • Monitor operational performance metrics across business units, including productivity, efficiency, and financial performance.

  • Guide strategic investment decisions involving product development, technology infrastructure, and market expansion initiatives.

  • Lead enterprise transformation initiatives, including digital infrastructure modernization and operational process optimization.

  • Establish governance frameworks ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively across departments.

  • Oversee enterprise program management functions responsible for executing large-scale strategic initiatives.

  • Collaborate closely with finance leadership to align operational planning with financial performance targets.

  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances supporting market expansion opportunities.

  • Present operational performance insights and corporate strategy updates to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors.

  • Mentor senior leadership teams responsible for operations, strategy, and program execution.


Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • 18+ years of executive leadership experience in operations management, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation roles.

  • Significant experience within enterprise SaaS, artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale technology platforms.

  • Proven success in managing global operational ecosystems within complex organizations.

  • Strong background in corporate strategy development and enterprise operational governance.

  • Experience overseeing cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, finance, and operations.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale transformation initiatives across global organizations.

  • Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to Board-level stakeholders.

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred.

  • Strengthen collaboration between corporate leadership, product development teams, and operational units.

  • Contribute to enterprise performance optimization initiatives that improve productivity and profitability.

  • Assist executive leadership in identifying emerging market opportunities and growth strategies.


Working Conditions

  • Fully Remote – United States

  • Frequent domestic and international travel for executive leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions (30–40%)

  • High-impact C-suite leadership role with direct Board visibility

  • Collaboration with global leadership teams across multiple business units

  • Participation in executive strategy sessions, investor discussions, and corporate planning initiatives


Compensation & Benefits

Total Executive Compensation Package: $370,000 – $490,000 USD
