Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide operational strategies and performance frameworks.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across business units, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
  • Design and implement operational processes, governance models, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee business planning cycles, including annual planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Partner with finance, product, and commercial teams to ensure operational alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, including process automation and organizational redesign.
  • Manage and mentor a team responsible for business operations, analytics, and program management.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12–18+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or program management roles.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in large-scale organizations.
  • Strong experience in operational strategy, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or digital transformation environments is highly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and business intelligence tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change.

  • Drive alignment between business units to ensure consistent execution of corporate strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $310,000 – $438,000 base + performance bonus + long-term equity incentives
