The Director of Diversity and Inclusion will lead the design, execution, and scaling of enterprise-wide DEI initiatives. This role will be responsible for embedding inclusion into every aspect of the organization—from hiring and development to leadership accountability and business outcomes.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep expertise in DEI program design, organizational change management, workforce analytics, and culture transformation within large, global organizations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the enterprise-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy and roadmap.
- Partner with executive leadership to integrate DEI into business strategy, talent processes, and organizational priorities.
- Design and implement programs focused on inclusive hiring, retention, and career progression.
- Lead initiatives to improve representation, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization.
- Establish and track DEI metrics, including workforce diversity, engagement, and equity indicators.
- Drive leadership accountability through DEI goals, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning teams to embed inclusion into employee lifecycle processes.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including resource groups, inclusion programs, and culture-building activities.
- Ensure alignment of DEI initiatives with global compliance, regulatory standards, and ESG commitments.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership on DEI progress and impact.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in DEI, HR, or organizational development roles.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-level DEI strategies in global organizations.
- Strong understanding of workforce analytics, inclusion frameworks, and organizational change management.
- Experience working in technology, SaaS, or global enterprise environments preferred.
- Knowledge of global labor regulations and diversity compliance standards.
- Experience influencing executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Compensation Package: $260,000 – $397,000 base + performance bonus + equity incentives
