The Director of Information Security will lead key aspects of our cybersecurity program, responsible for protecting enterprise systems, data assets, and digital operations. This role requires a strategic and operational leader who can manage security teams, implement best-in-class security practices, and align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.
This position is ideal for a leader with deep expertise in enterprise security, cloud environments, risk management, and regulatory compliance, combined with the ability to operate effectively in a complex global environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide information security programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement security strategies aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Oversee security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Design and enforce security policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Implement and manage zero-trust architectures and cloud security strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are in place.
- Ensure compliance with global regulations and standards such as ISO, NIST, GDPR, and other frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to integrate security into system design and operations.
- Manage third-party risk and vendor security assessments.
- Lead security awareness and training programs across the organization.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in information security or cybersecurity leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing enterprise security programs in large-scale environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), network security, and application security.
- Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, and SOC 2.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
- Experience in regulated industries or global organizations preferred.

- Compensation Package: $312,000 – $419,000 base + performance bonus + equity incentives
