The Director of Sales & Marketing Operations will lead enterprise commercial operations, optimize revenue performance systems, oversee sales and marketing alignment strategies, manage demand generation analytics, and drive scalable operational frameworks supporting international business growth.
This role requires a highly strategic and operationally focused executive with expertise in sales operations, marketing analytics, customer acquisition strategy, commercial performance optimization, revenue operations, and enterprise growth management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Commercial Operations Strategy & Revenue Optimization
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide sales and marketing operations strategies aligned with corporate revenue objectives.
- Lead operational initiatives focused on pipeline acceleration, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Establish scalable commercial frameworks supporting international market growth and sales performance improvement.
- Drive enterprise revenue optimization through AI-powered analytics, forecasting systems, and operational intelligence platforms.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Strengthen integration between sales, marketing, customer success, and business development functions.
- Develop collaborative frameworks supporting unified go-to-market execution and customer lifecycle management.
- Improve lead management processes, pipeline visibility, and conversion tracking systems.
- Align campaign strategies with enterprise revenue targets and market expansion priorities.
Demand Generation & Customer Intelligence
- Oversee demand generation operations, marketing performance analytics, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Utilize predictive analytics and customer intelligence platforms to improve campaign effectiveness and sales productivity.
- Develop executive-level reporting dashboards supporting revenue forecasting and commercial decision-making.
- Analyze customer behavior trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
Sales Operations & Performance Management
- Lead sales operations infrastructure, including CRM systems, forecasting models, pipeline management, and territory planning.
- Optimize commercial workflows and operational processes to improve sales efficiency and organizational scalability.
- Monitor KPI performance across sales and marketing teams to ensure achievement of enterprise growth objectives.
- Support compensation planning, quota management, and commercial incentive strategies.
Technology & Process Modernization
- Drive implementation of AI-enabled commercial technologies, automation systems, and enterprise revenue platforms.
- Improve operational reporting accuracy, campaign attribution, and customer engagement measurement capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to modernize enterprise sales and marketing infrastructure.
- Ensure operational scalability through advanced digital tools and integrated commercial technologies.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor high-performing sales operations, revenue analytics, and marketing operations teams.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced business/analytics education strongly preferred.
- 10–15+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or commercial strategy leadership roles.
- Proven success within enterprise SaaS, technology, cloud computing, AI platforms, cybersecurity, or digital services industries.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, revenue analytics, and commercial forecasting.
- Experience managing enterprise sales and marketing operations within high-growth multinational organizations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales intelligence systems, predictive analytics, and customer engagement technologies preferred.
