The Head of Global Sales will lead worldwide sales strategy, enterprise account management, international market expansion, strategic partnerships, and commercial operations while overseeing large-scale global revenue teams and multi-regional sales performance initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Global Sales Strategy & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute an enterprise-wide global sales strategy aligned with long-term revenue growth objectives.
- Lead international sales operations across enterprise, strategic, channel, and partner sales divisions.
- Establish scalable sales frameworks supporting global market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic commercial planning and operational execution.
Enterprise Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify and capitalize on high-value growth opportunities across international markets and industry verticals.
- Expand enterprise market share through strategic customer acquisition and account expansion initiatives.
- Develop go-to-market strategies supporting new product launches and regional expansion.
- Strengthen global revenue diversification across enterprise and strategic partnership channels.
Strategic Partnerships & Executive Client Engagement
- Build executive-level relationships with Fortune 500 clients, strategic partners, and global stakeholders.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and enterprise contract discussions.
- Establish alliance partnerships and co-selling initiatives to expand global reach and revenue opportunities.
- Strengthen long-term customer retention and enterprise account development programs.

Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in global enterprise sales, revenue leadership, or business development executive roles.
- Proven track record leading large-scale international sales organizations and enterprise revenue growth initiatives.
- Experience within technology, SaaS, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise digital transformation industries strongly preferred.
- Strong expertise in enterprise sales cycles, strategic negotiations, channel partnerships, and commercial operations.
- Advanced understanding of CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and AI-driven revenue intelligence technologies.
