As part of our continued global expansion strategy, we are strengthening our Enterprise Program & Technology Delivery Division to enhance execution capability, improve delivery governance, and scale complex IT transformation initiatives across global business units.
The Information Technology Project Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise technology projects, ensuring the successful execution of IT transformation programs, system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and digital modernization initiatives across global operations.
This role requires a highly structured, execution-focused technology leader with deep expertise in IT project management, enterprise program delivery, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder management, and large-scale system integration environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enterprise IT Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, including system implementations, cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation programs.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and execution frameworks aligned with business and technology goals.
- Manage complex, multi-phase projects across global teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with enterprise architecture standards, governance frameworks, and organizational priorities.
Program Execution & Delivery Management
- Oversee full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
- Implement Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and critical path activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of enterprise technology solutions within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Product, Finance, and Business Operations teams.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Facilitate executive-level reporting, project status updates, and strategic alignment discussions.
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business leadership.
Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational challenges early in the lifecycle.
- Develop mitigation strategies and corrective action plans to ensure project stability.
- Manage change control processes, scope adjustments, and impact assessments.
- Ensure governance compliance across all enterprise IT delivery activities.
Technology Implementation & Integration
- Support implementation of enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, data systems, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Coordinate system integration activities across multiple technology environments.
- Ensure seamless alignment between legacy systems and modern digital platforms.
- Collaborate with technical architects to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Utilize project management tools and dashboards for performance tracking and executive reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights on project progress, risks, and delivery outcomes.
- Ensure transparency and accountability across all project phases.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
- 8–15+ years of experience in IT project management, enterprise program delivery, or technology implementation roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, data infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications strongly preferred.
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS, cloud computing, AI systems, or global technology environments preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Package: $230,000 – $350,000
