The Senior Director of Marketing will lead large-scale enterprise marketing initiatives across brand development, demand generation, digital strategy, customer acquisition, and global campaign execution. This executive-level role will oversee high-performing marketing teams while partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with long-term growth objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute enterprise-wide marketing strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Lead global marketing teams across brand, digital, demand generation, communications, and customer engagement functions.
- Establish scalable marketing frameworks supporting rapid international expansion and enterprise growth.
- Drive high-impact marketing initiatives focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue acceleration.
Demand Generation & Revenue Growth
- Oversee integrated demand generation programs across digital, content, account-based marketing, and field marketing channels.
- Optimize customer acquisition funnels and lead conversion strategies through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Align marketing activities with revenue operations and enterprise sales objectives.
- Improve pipeline generation, customer engagement, and marketing ROI performance metrics.
Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
- Strengthen global brand positioning and enterprise market visibility.
- Lead strategic messaging and corporate storytelling initiatives across global markets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, digital channels, and executive communications.
- Develop thought leadership campaigns, positioning the organization as an industry innovator.
Digital Marketing & Marketing Technology

Cross-Functional Executive Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams on growth strategy alignment.

- Support executive leadership in strategic planning, market expansion, and corporate communications initiatives.
- Present marketing performance, business insights, and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board-level leadership.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
- MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred.
- 12–18+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, global demand generation, or commercial strategy leadership roles.
- Proven leadership experience within enterprise SaaS, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or digital transformation industries.
- Strong expertise in B2B marketing strategy, customer acquisition, marketing operations, and revenue-focused marketing systems.
- Experience managing large-scale global marketing teams and enterprise marketing budgets.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and customer intelligence platforms.
