To support continued expansion and enterprise-scale modernization initiatives, we are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to help architect, optimize, secure, and scale next-generation infrastructure systems supporting critical global business operations.

This role will serve as a key technical leader responsible for infrastructure design, systems engineering, automation strategy, operational reliability, cloud transformation, and enterprise platform optimization across complex multinational environments.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering

  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade infrastructure environments supporting large-scale global operations.
  • Architect scalable and highly available cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructure solutions aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Lead infrastructure modernization initiatives focused on performance optimization, scalability, and operational resilience.
  • Support enterprise systems, including compute, virtualization, networking, storage, and distributed application infrastructure.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

  • Develop and optimize cloud infrastructure environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud ecosystems.
  • Lead migration initiatives from legacy infrastructure to cloud-native and containerized environments.
  • Design infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or similar automation frameworks.
  • Support Kubernetes orchestration, container management, and cloud platform scalability initiatives.

Infrastructure Automation & Reliability

  • Implement automation strategies to improve infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, deployment, and incident response workflows.
  • Enhance operational reliability through proactive monitoring, performance tuning, and intelligent alerting systems.
  • Develop CI/CD integration strategies supporting infrastructure deployment automation and operational consistency.
  • Drive infrastructure standardization and operational best practices across global technology environments.

Security & Compliance Operations

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to strengthen enterprise infrastructure security frameworks and compliance initiatives.
  • Implement security controls, access management systems, vulnerability mitigation strategies, and infrastructure hardening procedures.
  • Support disaster recovery planning, backup management, and business continuity operations.
  • Ensure infrastructure environments comply with enterprise governance standards and industry regulations.

Performance Optimization & Technical Support

  • Analyze infrastructure performance metrics and optimize system reliability, latency, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across cloud, network, storage, and enterprise systems environments.
  • Provide senior-level technical support during critical incidents, system outages, and enterprise escalations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term infrastructure stability improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Technical Leadership

  • Partner with DevOps, Security, Software Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture teams on strategic infrastructure initiatives.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Participate in enterprise technology planning, systems evaluations, and infrastructure roadmap development.
  • Support executive leadership with infrastructure performance insights and modernization recommendations.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related technical field required.
  • 7–12+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, cloud systems administration, enterprise platform operations, or DevOps environments.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments, networking technologies, virtualization systems, and enterprise storage platforms.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, infrastructure monitoring systems, and disaster recovery operations.
  • Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Engineer, RHCE, CCNP, or Kubernetes certifications are strongly preferred.

  • Assist with enterprise automation initiatives and AI-driven infrastructure intelligence programs.
  • Contribute to global operational resilience, platform stability, and digital transformation efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Package: $210,000 – $338,000
