As part of our ongoing operational modernization strategy, we are significantly investing in our Global Supply Chain Analytics & Strategic Operations Division to strengthen forecasting capabilities, improve logistics intelligence, modernize inventory planning processes, and enhance enterprise-wide operational performance.

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in supporting strategic supply chain operations through advanced analytics, forecasting intelligence, procurement analysis, inventory optimization, and operational performance management across international business functions.

This role requires a highly analytical and strategically focused professional with expertise in supply chain analytics, enterprise planning, procurement intelligence, operational forecasting, inventory management, and logistics performance optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supply Chain Analytics & Operational Intelligence

• Analyze enterprise-wide supply chain data to identify operational trends, cost optimization opportunities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop forecasting models supporting demand planning, inventory management, sourcing operations, and production scheduling.
• Utilize advanced analytics tools and AI-powered intelligence systems to improve supply chain visibility and operational performance.
• Build executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks supporting strategic decision-making.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Support enterprise forecasting activities across procurement, inventory planning, logistics, and production operations.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, procurement, and finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and inventory alignment.
• Analyze historical performance, market demand trends, supplier capabilities, and customer requirements to improve planning precision.
• Monitor inventory flow and replenishment strategies to minimize shortages and excess inventory exposure.

Logistics & Distribution Optimization

• Evaluate transportation performance, warehouse efficiency, distribution costs, and global logistics operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline transportation networks and improve delivery performance metrics.
• Support optimization initiatives involving freight management, warehouse utilization, and distribution planning.
• Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and operational partners to improve supply chain execution.

Procurement & Supplier Performance Analysis

• Analyze supplier performance metrics, sourcing trends, procurement costs, and vendor reliability indicators.
• Support strategic sourcing initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost reduction opportunities.
• Monitor supplier compliance, lead times, contract performance, and risk exposure within the global supply network.
• Assist in developing supplier scorecards and procurement analytics frameworks.

Operational Improvement & Process Optimization

• Identify operational inefficiencies and support the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize Lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and continuous improvement frameworks to strengthen operational performance.
• Improve data accuracy, reporting consistency, and enterprise operational visibility across supply chain functions.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives involving enterprise planning systems and analytics platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams to support enterprise supply chain objectives.
• Provide operational insights and analytical recommendations to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support enterprise risk management initiatives related to sourcing, logistics, inventory, and supplier continuity.
• Contribute to strategic projects involving operational scalability and global supply chain modernization.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.
• Master’s degree or advanced analytics certification preferred.
• 6–10+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics operations, procurement analysis, or enterprise planning environments.
• Proven experience within advanced manufacturing, technology, electronics, aerospace, automotive, or large-scale distribution industries preferred.
• Strong expertise in forecasting models, inventory planning, logistics analytics, and procurement intelligence.
• Experience with ERP systems, supply chain analytics platforms, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, or similar enterprise technologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, data modeling, and operational reporting capabilities required.
