Job Description

About the Organization

We are a U.S.-headquartered global semiconductor manufacturing and advanced digital fabrication enterprise powering next-generation artificial intelligence processors, autonomous systems, advanced telecommunications infrastructure, and high-performance computing technologies used by the world’s most innovative organizations.

Our manufacturing ecosystem spans cutting-edge semiconductor fabrication facilities (fabs), advanced packaging operations, precision robotics assembly lines, and smart factories powered by industrial IoT, real-time analytics, and AI-driven production optimization systems. With billions invested in lithography equipment, automated manufacturing platforms, and digital production infrastructure, operational technology has become central to manufacturing performance, yield optimization, and supply chain continuity.

Operating in one of the most complex and capital-intensive industries in the world, the integration of digital factory technologies, industrial automation, cybersecurity for operational networks, and predictive analytics systems is critical to maintaining global competitiveness.

As semiconductor demand accelerates and production capacity expands across multiple global sites, we are seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Operations Technology to architect and lead enterprise-wide operational technology strategy, digital factory transformation, and advanced manufacturing infrastructure innovation.

This is not an IT infrastructure role. This is an enterprise-level operational technology leadership mandate responsible for the technological backbone of advanced manufacturing.
