We are seeking an accomplished and strategically minded Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing to lead the global commercial organization for a rapidly expanding artificial intelligence and enterprise SaaS company delivering advanced data platforms, automation technologies, and intelligent analytics solutions to Fortune 500 enterprises and large international institutions.

This executive leadership role will oversee the organization’s global sales and marketing ecosystem, driving revenue growth, strengthening enterprise market positioning, and expanding the company’s presence across key international markets. The Senior Vice President will be responsible for aligning commercial strategy with product innovation while ensuring the organization maintains a competitive leadership position within the fast-evolving enterprise technology landscape.

• Develop and execute the organization’s global sales and marketing strategy aligned with corporate growth and revenue objectives.

• Oversee integrated marketing functions including brand management, demand generation, digital marketing, and product marketing.

• Establish scalable go-to-market frameworks supporting the launch of new enterprise technology platforms.

• Build strategic sales partnerships with global technology providers, consulting firms, and system integrators.

• Monitor revenue performance metrics, including pipeline development, deal conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

• Collaborate with product leadership to align commercial strategies with product innovation and platform capabilities.

• Guide global marketing campaigns designed to strengthen brand awareness and enterprise adoption of technology platforms.

• Implement advanced revenue analytics systems that provide insights into sales pipeline performance and marketing ROI.

• Oversee key enterprise account relationships and support complex commercial negotiations with strategic clients.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.

• MBA or advanced degree in business strategy or marketing leadership strongly preferred.

18–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise sales, marketing strategy, or revenue leadership roles.

• Minimum 10+ years managing large global commercial organizations within technology or SaaS companies.

• Proven track record driving large-scale revenue growth within enterprise software or digital platform businesses.

• Strong expertise in enterprise sales strategies, global marketing campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving large global clients.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and data-driven marketing frameworks.

• Experience expanding technology companies into new geographic markets and industry sectors.

• Strong financial and operational understanding of SaaS revenue models and subscription-based business strategies.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive executive compensation package designed to attract world-class commercial leadership talent.

Total Compensation Package: $410,000 – $505,000
