The Vice President of Information Technology will serve as a key executive leader responsible for overseeing the organization’s global IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that all technology operations align with business objectives while maintaining the highest levels of security, performance, and scalability.

This is a highly strategic and hands-on executive position requiring deep expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud systems, cybersecurity frameworks, and large-scale technology operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the global IT strategy, architecture, and infrastructure roadmap.
• Oversee enterprise-wide cloud computing, data centers, and hybrid IT environments.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise systems and business functions.
• Manage IT operations, including network systems, applications, and enterprise platforms.
• Lead implementation of AI, automation, and advanced analytics within IT infrastructure.
• Oversee IT service delivery, uptime performance, and incident response management.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement strategies.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles within large enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise architecture, and infrastructure management.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management.
• Experience leading global IT teams and large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise system modernization.
• Experience in highly regulated or global enterprise environments preferred.

• Compensation Package: $370,000 – $519,000 base + performance bonus + long-term equity incentives
