The Vice President of Sales will lead the global sales organization, responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a world-class, high-performance sales team. This executive will own the entire sales lifecycle, including enterprise acquisition, account expansion, sales strategy, pipeline development, and revenue forecasting.

This role requires a transformational leader capable of scaling global sales operations, optimizing performance, and aligning sales execution with product and marketing strategies in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the global sales strategy across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accounts.
  • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion initiatives.
  • Build and scale a high-performance global sales organization across multiple regions.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue planning.
  • Establish and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key enterprise clients and C-level executives.
  • Monitor and manage sales KPIs, including quota attainment, conversion rates, and ARR growth.
  • Implement sales enablement programs to improve team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Lead pricing strategy discussions and support deal structuring for large enterprise contracts.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing global sales teams.
  • Strong experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex sales cycles and enterprise deals.
  • Deep understanding of revenue operations, CRM systems, and sales analytics platforms.
  • Experience working in high-growth, competitive global markets.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation Package: $370,000 – $504,000 base + performance bonus + uncapped commission + equity incentives
