The Senior IT Project Manager will lead complex, multi-million-dollar technology programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and stakeholder expectations. This role is responsible for end-to-end program delivery, risk management, resource planning, and performance tracking across global teams.

This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep expertise in enterprise IT project management, digital transformation delivery, and cross-functional program execution in large-scale environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects and transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multi-functional teams.
• Drive execution of initiatives, including cloud migration, system implementations, and infrastructure modernization.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and external vendors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Establish and track KPIs related to project performance, delivery timelines, and quality outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Manage stakeholder communication, including executive-level reporting and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for security, governance, and quality assurance.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in IT project management or program delivery roles.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise technology projects.
• Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SAFe).
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT systems.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Package: $355,000 – $470,000 base + performance bonus + equity incentives
