The Vice President of Growth will lead this global growth engine, responsible for driving customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion across all channels and touchpoints. This executive will oversee growth strategy, performance marketing, product growth initiatives, and lifecycle optimization, ensuring scalable and sustainable revenue growth.

This role demands a highly strategic and analytical leader who can combine creative growth strategies with rigorous experimentation and data-driven decision-making, while leading cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and data.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
  • Lead performance marketing across channels, including paid media, SEO, partnerships, and digital campaigns.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives, including onboarding optimization, feature adoption, and conversion improvements.
  • Build and scale a high-performing growth organization across marketing, product, and analytics functions.
  • Develop and manage experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimization.
  • Oversee customer lifecycle strategies to maximize engagement, retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement growth-focused features and user experiences.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor key growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and churn.
  • Identify and expand new growth channels, partnerships, and market opportunities.
  • Align growth initiatives with overall revenue strategy and business objectives.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12–18+ years of experience in growth, marketing, product growth, or revenue leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and revenue in SaaS or digital platform environments.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing, product-led growth, and growth analytics.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data science.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience operating in high-growth, global environments preferred.

  • Compensation Package: $327,000 – $469,000 base + performance bonus + equity incentives
